The Supreme Court says you have immunity to do anything - use it

President Biden - I know you wanted to see Donald Trump prosecuted for his crimes. So do I. So do a lot of people. It’s not going to happen.

But you can insure there is full transparency. You can insure the American people can learn of the extent of his crimes. And transparency is both important and powerful. Look how it worked for South Africa where they chose that over prosecutions.

The Supreme Court has said you can do pretty much anything as the President. So you personally get the full contents of the reports, copy it to 100 thumb drives, and hand it out at your next press conference.

As to Nauta & De Oliveira - give them pardons for their actions so the release does not conflict with any legal standards for information implicating them. If you don’t you know Trump will pardon them within weeks. So solve that issue.

Before you leave office, provide the country with one additional action that will help us retain our democracy.
